They have a small dining area but we were seated quickly and served quick. We enjoyed the food and the service. Had a good time during the holiday season.

It has been a while since we have been to Atkins and the first time for dinner. Our other trips have been for lunch. I'll start with the only negative in that it has limited seating. It is really set up for couples or groups of four. We had six in our party and even though we were first on the list, it became clear that only certain tables were going to be used for us as several groups of two and four were seated before us...... and our wait was about 40 min. But..... It was WELL WORTH THE WAIT!.... Service was A+, friendly, accurate and attentive. Three appetizers were ordered, bacon wrapped shrimp, Seasoned bread and crab fingers and bread.... All delicious. Probably would not order the crab fingers again because as delicious as it was, cost was $30 for a half order. Orders ranged from blackened fish, crab cake, shrimp, fish filet combo. Sides beside the bread, sweet potato fries and hushpupppies.... And again not one single complaint about the food, service or comfort.... And next time if we go with a larger group we will call ahead.... Just a great evening and highly recommend Atkins

DEFLY a strong 4.1on the star rating...it's a small restaurant with Great energy & food . My Biggest Qualm was the 'Singular,' hush puppy that came with the entrees... thought it a bit -cheap- to have 1 ssmmaallll Hush puppy on plate. 3 would be ideal as they are DELISH! Or if the point is to assure there is no waste confirm w/client whether they would like the hush puppies on their plate? My skinny margarita jist' ok... put off by the use of o.j. To replace the sweet aspect of skinny cocktail. But would have been BETTER W/O, that addition, maybe a tad of some agave??? My Salmon cooked to perfection black bean salad tasty! My husband had the fried fish & shrimp it was ok. A bit too greasy. Overall, a place we would return to.

Drive to Waxahachie for a date and we picked Atkins on a whim. Very glad we did because the food was amazing. We sat at the bar so the service was top notch. Great ambiance for the evening too. We got the seafood platter with the blacked red fish. I live just outside of Houston and we don't have a good seafood restaurant like Atkins

Nicole was our server and she was very good helpful and friendly. She checked back periodically to make sure everything was OK and if we needed anything. My husband had the fish of the day piccata style and it came with vegetables and rice pilaf he said it was perfect. I had the salmon and I got to pick two sides and I picked vegetables and garlic bread. Both were good. The salmon was OK nothing to write home about. I had a hurricane drink and it was different than what I was used to, but OK. My husband had a draft Yuengling which he has had before and likes it. We decided to eat outside as it was a nice day and I'm glad we did.

My husband and I come here once a month or more. He loves seafood and I'm a vegetarian so finding a restaurant we can both eat at is trying to. If anyone asks me for a good salad in Waxahachie...it is hands down here. The salad has berries, feta cheese, and almonds. The servers here are always gracious and friendly. My husband loves the grilled fish...freshly caught from the gulf.
